“Rewriting the script” on her own life at 24 by landing one of the top jobs in TV despite being the shyest kid in school and hating public speaking, Katy believes our lives are a product of our mindset and beliefs.
Katy spent 30 years as a multi-award winning broadcaster where she
quickly made a name for herself with her “face the fear and do it anyway” attitude that saw her flying fast jets, jumping out of planes, throwing herself down bobsleigh runs with the British Olympic Team and generally giving her poor parents sleepless nights!
Her career saw her fronting iconic shows for all the major networks and she was the recipient of a BAFTA Best Presenter award, National Television Awards and TRIC Awards for her work in radio on Capital FM and Heart.
She inspired a generation of girls to be fearless and trailblazed as the first person to fly a display with The Red Arrows and the 1st woman to host a network Chart Show with Hit40UIK.
In 2018 Katy pivoted her career and certified as a Success and
Confidence Coach with The Coaches Training Institute in the US and The Coaching Academy in London.
